ملخص: In most previous theoretical investigations, the effect of binary collisions between particles, in a fully-ionized plasma, on the shape of the scattered radiation spectrum, was neglected. The common result of these investigations was that, for low-density plasmas, interparticle collisions are negligible and therefore a Vlasov description is valid. The shape of the spectrum depends on the ratio a of the scale length.
